[slide name=”What is the difference between using Temporary Staffing & A PEO?”]

A “Temporary Staffing Service” recruits and hires employees independently, and essentially assigns them to a business (work site) to support or supplement the business’s workforce under special circumstances such as employee absences, temporary skill shortages or seasonal workloads.

A “PEO” (as defined above in “What Is A PEO”)  does not supply employees to businesses (work sites).  A PEO enables a business to cost-effectively outsource the management of human resources, employee benefits, payroll and workers’ compensation.
